Organisation structure
Delta Lloyd Group pursues a multi-channel, multi-label strategy. Supported by single back offices, each label carries out its own marketing activities, resulting in strong distribution power, good service and efficient procedures.
Delta Lloyd
Delta Lloyd focuses on commercial and personal customers in the middle and top market segments. Life and general insurance products are provided chiefly through independent intermediaries. Delta Lloyd Bank provides mortgages, banking annuities and savings products. Delta Lloyd Asset Management offers investment funds for institutional and personal customers and invests the assets of Delta Lloyd Group’s insurance companies.
ABN AMRO Insurance
ABN AMRO Insurance primarily concentrates on personal life and general insurance sales via the ABN AMRO Bank distribution network. Its customer base also includes a number of group and commercial customers in the mid-market segment.
OHRA
OHRA focuses on personal customers, offering standard life and general insurance products via the direct channel (call centres and the internet).
Belgium and Germany
In Belgium and Germany, Delta Lloyd Group distributes its insurance products largely via intermediaries and tied agents (agents who only sell Delta Lloyd products). In Belgium, Delta Lloyd Life also distributes its products via Delta Lloyd Bank’s own network.
