As we are a bank-insurer, we can offer our customers both banking and insurance products. So a customer who comes to ABN AMRO Insurance for a mortgage can also arrange house contents insurance and term life insurance at the same time. In this way, ABN AMRO Insurance provides a comprehensive range of financial products.
On several occasions, the Dutch Consumers’ Association has rated our insurance products as ‘good to very good’ in comparative surveys. Examples include the continuous cancellation insurance, homeowner occupational disability insurance and term life insurance. Various customer satisfaction surveys show how highly our customers rate our services (for example, the claims settlement service of ABN AMRO Insurance).
