Who are we?

The Delta Lloyd Group and ABN AMRO Bank concluded an insurance joint venture in 2003. This joint venture – ABN AMRO Insurance – combines the best of two worlds: the insurance expertise of the Delta Lloyd Group and the strong brand name and distribution power of ABN AMRO Bank. The Delta Lloyd Group is the largest shareholder (with 51% of the shares) and ABN AMRO Bank holds the remaining 49%.

ABN AMRO Insurance is a large and ambitious insurer. Through our distribution network, we serve over one million customers - efficiently, quickly and reliably. ABN AMRO Insurance attaches great importance to sales, service and efficiency. We are proactive, enterprising and result-oriented. Our informal corporate culture is conducive to achieving the corporate targets. ABN AMRO Insurance has a staff of about 650. It is based in Zwolle (in the IJsseltoren office block beside the A28 motorway).
