Working from home, flexible work, and the New Way of Working are all becoming increasingly commonplace. Also at Delta Lloyd Group. The technical foundations were laid in 2010. Just under 2,000 employees already have access to virtual workstations.
Flexible working is not just about getting the software and hardware right. It is also related to the corporate culture, and giving everybody - managers and employees alike - time to adapt. Companies are looking for a new balance in the way the organisation is run and hangs together, in the way employees relate to their employer - and, of course, in the way they reconcile their work and private life. A pilot in 2011 will indicate how the New Way of Working can be developed further within Delta Lloyd Group.
